B2X has an established network of more than 250 multi-brand walk-in service centers catering to smartphone users in India. Xiaomi tapped into the B2X service network and offers customers best-in-class customer care.

What was the customer experience?
B2X supports and repairs smartphones for Xiaomi across 120 of its more than 250 multi-brand service centers in India. This enables Xiaomi to have a wide coverage for customer support across the country.
Xiaomi does not need to invest in its own infrastructure and benefits of optimized after-sales costs through a shared network and by utilizing the extensive knowledge of B2X’s local and highly experienced team.
B2X SUPPORT provides trusted and personal support and service to people with in-warranty and out-of-warranty incidents.
B2X REPAIR provides a scalable repair solution for electronic products – on all technical levels at the highest quality and highest cost efficiency.
