Samsung partners with B2X in Vietnam to deliver end-to-end customer care for Samsung’s mobile and tablet business as well as for a range of new products including connected home appliances and TVs.

What was 
our strategy?

Outstanding customer service is a key part of the overall Samsung brand experience. Wherever the world’s leading consumer electronics company is present, it invests in delivering premium customer care.

B2X operates eight walk-in service centers and employs around 150 service experts in Vietnam providing users of mobile and electronic devices with troubleshooting support and device repair services for in-warranty and out-of-warranty issues.

What was the client experience?

B2X has helped Samsung to significantly improve its customer care offering and service network in one of Asia’s most dynamic markets.

With the new customer care setup operated by B2X, users of Samsung products benefit from a consistent and reliable service experience – wherever they are, whenever they need help.
