B2X is a Service Management Platform, empowering companies to manage their hardware lifecycle(s) towards increased transparency, reduced complexity and product longevity.

B2X helps its clients to transform their legacy hardware lifecycle(s) management towards the circular economy. We max-out the primary lifecycle with bespoke supply-chain and product deployment services, we extend lifecycle(s) with preventive maintenance-, repair- and refurbishment services.  Dismantling and recycling services at the end-of-life are closing the circular loop, avoiding waste and improving the carbon emissions.

Our 4PL operating model integrates a uniquely composed global network of 200 service partners and 100 internal service professionals in more than 30 countries – orchestrated by the centerpiece of the B2X ONE IT platform.

The Role

Our business continues to grow substantially over the last two years. Whilst we are seeing a good momentum in organic growth, primarily in the Mobile & Consumer electronics segment we want to accelerate and drive the diversification of the business into what we call “New Industry (B2B) business” plus addressing industry trends and changing end-user behavior in the wider electronics industry with new services.
Therefore, we have created a new role of a “Group Sales Director” to concept, implement and lead the groupwide sales program and -organization as well as taking an active role in driving the growth in the new industries.
The culture, identity and lean organization of B2X requires for this role a great deal of creativity, flexibility and hands-on mentality but provides at the time room for self-responsibility and accountability

Key Job Responsibilities

  • define and implement the B2X sales & business development strategy (together with CEO)
  • Guide and support the central sales team as well as oversee the regional sales activities
  • Supervise our marketing and Go-To-Market Plans together with our marketing agency

The Person

We are looking for an ambitious individual with the right attitude and work ethic to help us move the business forward. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about driving and leading change, he/she will enjoy and believe in working with others to achieve and deliver outstanding results, forward thinking and innovative they will be passionate about finding and developing new solutions.


  • proven track record in sales and business development in the post sales (after sales) industry
  • market knowledge in Mobile & Consumer Electronics or B2B Sales
  • good understanding of Reverse Supply Chain as well as Service- and Repair Operation
  • Conceptionally strong and analytic mindset to develop the compelling sales pitch
  • Commercially minded, understand P&L.
  • self-assured and persuasive appearance to talk with C-level business partners
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment and remote from piers.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
