Xiaomi and B2X to Offer After-Sales Services in More Global Markets
The global technology leader expands its existing after-sales partnership with B2X in 19 more markets in Europe and Latin America
Munich, 12 December 2019 – B2X, a leading provider of customer and product service solutions for electronic devices, and global technology leader Xiaomi, have announced to further expand their strategic partnership in after-sales services to another 19 markets in Europe and Latin America.
Xiaomi already collaborates with B2X on offering the latter’s after-sales services solutions in France, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain, and now the two parties are expanding this tie to 19 more European markets and three South American ones.
The joint program includes the control and handling of repair and warranty management as well as the establishment of service and repair networks in new markets for Xiaomi. These 19 new markets include:
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland
Latin America: Chile, Colombia and Peru
