OnePlus Partners with B2X to Provide Superior Customer Service in New Markets

Chinese Smartphone OEM Taps Expertise of Leading Customer Care Provider as it Expands Globally


SAN FRANCISCO and MUNICH – February 3, 2016 – B2X, the leading provider of customer care for smartphones, announced today that it has been selected as the exclusive OnePlus customer support partner in the US, European and Indian markets. OnePlus, a fast-growing online only smartphone manufacturer, plans to simultaneously offer comprehensive customer support and insurance for customers with B2X’s support while it continues its expansion into new markets around the world.

In two years, OnePlus has already successfully penetrated the international markets with more than 1.5 million units sold in the last year. As OnePlus continues its global expansion, B2X is poised to arm the budding mobile company with strong customer service practices that will result in customer retention and brand loyalty. B2X provides full device support including service for in-warranty repairs, creating and marketing insurance solutions as well as service for claims in Europe and exclusive in-warranty aftersales support in the US. Additionally, B2X has also supported an on-going partnership with OnePlus in India for the last three months and supports OnePlus devices while providing B2X OnGuard Plus insurance for OnePlus consumers as well.
