The market for electronic devices continues to offer tremendous growth potential for B2X. Almost all brands focus on the customer experience. Customer care plays a key role here, and B2X enables smartphone and IoT manufacturers to offer their customers an excellent service experience. According to IHS Markit, around 6 billion smartphones will be in circulation worldwide by 2020. According to Gartner, 14 billion additional consumer IoT devices are expected during the same period.
